Reporting to the Sales Department, you will be responsible for a defined geographic area ( Wallonie / East-West Flanders / Antwerp -Limburg . Your main mission is to ensure a regular field presence to build strong relationships with customer contacts and site-level stakeholders.
As a true ambassador of the company, you will identify customer needs, support ongoing projects, and actively contribute to the growth of both sales and margins, in line with the company's commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular site visits to build trust and proximity with operational teams and key customer contacts.

Identify and pre-qualify customer projects, gathering all necessary technical and commercial information to support the quotation process.

Follow up on open quotations and ensure smooth communication with the customer.

Provide basic technical support and coordinate internal resources as needed.

Keep customer data and contact lists up to date in the CRM system.

Foster customer loyalty and help identify new business opportunities in your area.

Where applicable, act as Key Account Manager for a medium-sized customer serving as the main point of contact .
Profiel
Your profile :
Commercial, technical, or equivalent education (Bachelor’s or Master’s level).

Proven experience in B2B field sales, preferably in a technical or industrial sector with complex sales cycles.

Excellent communication and listening skills, with a customer-centric approach.

Independent, proactive, and motivated by fieldwork.

Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
