As a Front Office Employee, you are the commercial driving force behind a dedicated customer portfolio. You build strong and long‑lasting relationships, identify sales opportunities, and ensure flawless follow‑up that contributes to maximum customer satisfaction and growth. Through your close collaboration with Sales and Back Office, you form a crucial link within our organization.
What will you do?
- You actively build valuable customer relationships and serve as their trusted first point of contact.
- You identify commercial opportunities and translate customer needs into concrete sales prospects.
- You handle questions and complaints professionally, with a strong focus on customer retention and an optimal customer experience.
- You ensure accurate and efficient administrative processing in our ERP system (Microsoft AX) and keep all customer data up to date.
- You provide proactive support to the sales team, have a deep understanding of internal processes, and help accelerate deals.
- You actively contribute ideas for improvements at both team and organizational level to increase efficiency and commercial impact.
- You closely follow market trends and our product range, enabling you to advise customers effectively.
- You manage and closely monitor quotations with the goal of maximizing conversion.
